The March 2026 case charges three people — including a Super Micro co-founder — with conspiring to divert about $2.5B of U.S. AI technology; the operation ran since ~2024 through a Southeast Asian pass-through concealing China end customers; the indictment names B200, H100, H200 and servers as Commerce Control List items.
