What happened
Reuters reported that Token Fabric is a hardware-plus-software data-center networking platform: customers can plug AI accelerator chips from different vendors into one network fabric instead of building separate network integrations per supplier. The platform pairs Upscale's own networking silicon with Nvidia's Spectrum-X Ethernet technology.
Upscale AI was valued at $2 billion in June and has raised about $500 million in total. Token Fabric's first products ship this quarter, with a phased full rollout through 2027.
