Fal Raises $1.3B Series F at $16B Valuation
Fal announced on Nov 3 a $1.3 billion Series F at a $16 billion valuation, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

What happened
Fal is a cloud platform that hosts inference for image, video and audio models: customers send requests, Fal runs the models on its own hardware and returns the results, without customers building or managing inference infrastructure. Its customers span entertainment studios, advertising agencies, e-commerce brands, game developers and marketing teams, with Adobe, Canva and Shopify named in reporting.
Bloomberg reported that Fal's Series F closed in October and was announced on Nov 3: Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, Nvidia joined as a strategic investor, and Sound Ventures, HOF Capital and T. Rowe Price participated, at $1.3 billion and a $16 billion valuation. Fal also disclosed an earlier Series E led by Sequoia Capital that closed in 2026; some reports put the combined Series E and F total at $1.65 billion.
The funds go to two places: larger inference capacity and a bigger team, covering Fal's ecosystem plan for 2027. CEO Burkay Gur said Fal had to limit customer access during a demand surge over the summer because it ran short on capacity. For sustained workloads, Fal offers Fal Compute with dedicated Nvidia H100 SXM instances, for training, fine-tuning, batch processing and research.
